At The Pet World, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened pet food and treats.
  • Opened pet supplements or medicines.
  • Grooming and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  • Customized or special-order products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos or a video of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, The Pet World will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.
